Celebrating New Year's at this hotel was a great choice! the location is perfect for those looking for a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze. One of the highlights was the complimentary minibar and free ride provided to the beach. the pool was also clean, and the temperature was perfect for taking a dip.

the language barrier made communication challenging at times. While the location was peaceful, it was also somewhat remote, making it difficult to get around without a rental car.

The hotel was located near all the major attractions and it was very convenient to get around. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city from the window. The staff was friendly and accommodating, willing to give us any information we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of food to choose from, including some local specialties.

The only thing we didn't like was that the hotel was undergoing some renovation work during our stay, but it didn't really affect our experience too much. The only minor issue was the occasional noise from the construction, but it wasn't a major disturbance.

We enjoyed the variety of food options with many restaurants and shops available. The restaurant by the sea stood out with delicious dishes at affordable prices. In addition, we appreciated the in-house medical room and nurses, as one of us fell sick during our stay and a nurse named Thao promptly arrived at our room with medical equipment and medicine. Furthermore, we found the staff to be helpful and friendly towards us.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a wonderful time. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's restaurant, Holy Pig, served delicious food with perfect flavors. With so many dining options in the area, it was a bit difficult for us to choose where to eat, but the staff at the restaurant were very helpful in providing recommendations.
